Job summary

Cosmo Central Group seeks an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimates and planning on construction projects in Cape Town.

You will lead measurement and certification, supervise cash flow and financial control, and ensure contractual and legal compliance while maintaining precise records and reporting.

Qualifications

• BSc (QS) / BTech (QS) / NDip (QS) or equivalent required.
• Minimum 10 years of construction/engineering experience.
• Experience in cost estimation, planning and contract administration.
