Job summary

Together Staffing group is seeking a highly capable Professional Quantity Surveyor in Johannesburg to manage the commercial and financial aspects of construction projects. The role focuses on strong cost control, tender evaluation and contractual compliance.

The successful candidate will oversee budgets, prepare estimates, valuations and final accounts, and liaise with clients, contractors and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• BSc/BTech in Quantity Surveying is required.
• SACQSP professional registration is required.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or built environment.

• Strong knowledge of cost management, contracts and construction processes.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant industry software and Microsoft Office.
