Job summary

Cosmo Central Group in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to prepare cost estimates, plans and manage construction revenue and costs while administering contracts.

You will lead project staff, ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements, maintain records and reporting, and contribute to cost control across multiple construction or engineering projects.

Qualifications

• BSc (QS), BTech (QS), NDip (QS) or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a construction or engineering environment.
