Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Quality related), Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, particularly ISO 9001.
• Experience with internal auditing and conducting process/product inspections.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and root causes of defects.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Prepare quality reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure that all products meet specified quality standards and customer requirements.
• Assist in customer audits and respond to quality-related queries.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to quality assurance.
• Train personnel on quality standards and procedures.
• Manage and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records.
