Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 7 years in Quality Assurance/Quality Management with leadership.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team with coaching and evaluations.
• Oversee QC activities: inspections, testing, and process monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze data to identify defects, root causes, and improvements.
• Implement CAPA to address quality issues and drive improvements.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D to embed quality in processes.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Maintain quality documentation and records.
