Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) including ISO 9001.
• Oversee quality control activities across production.
• Lead and mentor the QA team to foster a culture of quality.
• Analyze quality data to identify defects and drive CAPA.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits.
• Collaborate with R&D, production and engineering to integrate quality into design.
• Manage non-conformance and customer complaints.
• Prepare quality performance reports for senior management.
• Stay updated on quality standards and best practices.
