• Minimum 6 years in quality control/assurance, with 3+ years in a management role.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and SPC.
• Experience with ISO 9001 audits and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust quality control strategies and procedures.
• Oversee QA activities: inspections, testing, audits.
• Lead and mentor the QC team; provide training.
• Analyze data to identify trends and drive CAPA.
• Ensure ISO 9001 compliance across operations.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D to fix issues.
• Monitor key quality metrics and report to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
