The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 7+ years in QA within manufacturing, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in QA within manufacturing.
• Experience developing and implementing a QMS (ISO 9001).
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Establish and enforce quality standards for all production processes.
• Oversee inspection/testing and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead and mentor the QA team; provide training.
• Conduct internal audits for compliance with standards/regulations.
• Investigate customer complaints and implement CAPA.
• Collaborate with R&D and production to embed quality in new products.
• Analyze quality data and prepare KPI reports for senior management.
• Keep abreast of industry best practices and regulatory changes.
• Promote a culture of quality awareness across departments.
