Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related science.
• Significant experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role with proven management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and statistical process control.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the manufacturing sector is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control policies and procedures.
• Lead and manage the quality control team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee all aspects of product testing and inspection, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventative actions to improve product quality.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with other departments, including production, R&D, and procurement, to address quality issues.
