Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures for manufacturing processes.
• Lead and manage the quality control team of inspectors and technicians.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality policies and standards.
• Analyze data, identify trends, implement CAPA.
• Oversee testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain SOPs, inspection records, and quality reports.
