Qualifications

• Experience leading QA in manufacturing environments.
• Proficient with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Degree in Engineering or Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead and mentor the QA team and monitor performance.
• Set quality standards and ensure adherence across production.
• Conduct internal audits and manage external audits from regulators and customers.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and implement CAPA actions.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, and other departments to improve quality.
