About the Role

Our client is actively searching for a strategic and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to lead their quality control efforts in George, Western Cape . Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the company's Quality Management System (QMS).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in quality assurance within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing QMS, including ISO certifications (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, statistical process control (SPC), and analytical tools.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools.
• Experience with auditing and regulatory compliance.
