Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Kimberley. The role requires a strong understanding of property management, tenant relations, financial oversight, and maintenance coordination.

You will maximize property value, ensure tenant satisfaction, and manage all operations of the assigned portfolio. The ideal candidate will have leadership and communication skills, a proactive problem-solving

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of property management experience, including portfolio oversight.
• Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and best practices.
• Excellent budgeting and financial reporting skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of the Kimberley property market is advantageous.
