You will be responsible for maximizing property value, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high occupancy rates. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring optimal performance, profitability, and tenant satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategic management plans for each property, including leasing, maintenance, and financial oversight.
• Oversee tenant relations, including lease negotiations, rent collection, and dispute resolution.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure all properties are maintained to high standards.

Requirements
