Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or portfolio management.
• Experience managing a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
• Strong knowledge of property law, leasing agreements, and tenant management.
• Excellent financial management, budgeting and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving for a remote role.
