Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Real Estate Portfolio Management or Property Management.
• Proven track record of managing diverse real estate assets.
• Strong knowledge of property law, lease agreements, and landlord-tenant regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, particularly in a remote context.
• Proficiency with property management software and virtual collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of Mossel Bay property market is advantageous.
