Job summary

Propr in Cape Town seeks a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of short-term rental properties, coordinating with Operations, Guest Experience, and Maintenance to keep properties well-maintained and clients satisfied.

You will manage client relationships, monitor performance, update listings, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly while staying calm under pressure and delivering top-notch service.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles is required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in hospitality or property is a plus.
