Placements24 is seeking a proactive Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties in and around Mossel Bay, Western Cape. You will ensure properties are well-maintained, tenancies are managed efficiently, and financial objectives are met.

Responsibilities include tenant relations, coordinating maintenance, rent collection, and regulatory compliance, with flexible hours and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management or related field.
