Placements24 is looking for a dedicated and proactive Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties in and around Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. This hands-on role requires strong knowledge of property maintenance, tenant relations, and financial management to ensure profitability and long-term value.

You will be the primary contact for tenants, vendors, and owners, conducting inspections, screening tenants, handling leases, rent collection, budgeting, and reporting outcomes to support
