Job summary

The Road Accident Fund is seeking a Promotions and Activations Administrator to support the Promotions and Activations Specialist. You will oversee administration, coordinate events, manage regional communications, and handle logistics for site visits and material deliveries.

Applicants should hold a relevant degree, have at least 3 years in promotions/activations, and be adept at planning, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement with a strong client-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing/advertising/communications or related field.
• PM certification is advantageous but not required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a promotions and activations environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate promotions and activations project administration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Schedule events, manage calendars and update project plans.
• Communicate project progress to regions and ensure preparations are on track.
• Coordinate logistics for events, site visits, and material deliveries.
• Manage filing, documentation, and admin related to promotions and activations.
• Request and track promotional materials, ensure branding aligns with RAF identity.
• Assist with budgets: process invoices, compare against purchase orders, and prepare mobilisation reports.
