Job summary

Overseas is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media across Amazon, Walmart, Meta, TikTok, Google, and other channels for a fast-growing CPG snack brand. The role emphasizes profitability and direct impact on revenue, with ownership of campaigns from strategy to optimization.

You will work remotely, require availability during US business hours, and collaborate with leadership to scale growth across marketplaces.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing performance marketing for e-commerce or CPG brands.
• Deep hands-on Amazon PPC experience across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP.
• Launch and optimize Walmart Connect, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok campaigns.
• Drive ROAS and profitability through keyword research, bid optimization, and audience targeting.
• Build weekly dashboards and report channel performance with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with leadership, operations, and creative teams for launches.
• Support marketplace expansion and improve product listings and conversion rates.
