Prosana is seeking a Growth Strategist who will own end-to-end client growth outcomes, translating performance data into clear strategies that drive real business results. This fully remote, full-time role serves global brands and is anchored in APAC-friendly hours.

You will model profitability using contribution margin, LTV:CAC, and other metrics; plan campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok; lead Ad Ops and Creative teams; and present high-context reports that tie tactics to P&L.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience managing multi-channel ecommerce portfolios (7–8 figures).
• Expert in Meta and Google Ads and independently scalable campaigns.
• Strong grasp of ecommerce unit economics: LTV, CAC payback, margins.
• Self-directed learner with a growth mindset and willingness to challenge assumptions.

Responsabilidades

• Model results using contribution margin, aMER, and LTV:CAC frameworks to guide client budgets.
• Plan and implement high-performing campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Proactively identify auction dynamics and ad fatigue to sustain performance.
• Deliver high-context reports connecting daily tactics to P&L outcomes.
• Lead Ad Ops and Creative teams to convert hypotheses into executable assets.
