Responsibilities

• Monitor well performance and production systems, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions.
• Analyze production data to optimize artificial lift systems (e.g., ESPs, gas lift).
• Troubleshoot operational problems and implement solutions to minimize downtime and maximize recovery.
• Collaborate with reservoir engineers to ensure production plans align with reservoir management objectives.
• Perform technical reviews of new facilities and upgrades to ensure operational readiness.
• Develop and implement strategies for well integrity and maintenance programs.
