Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of oil and gas production engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of production operations and artificial lift systems.
• Proficiency in production analysis software and data management tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor well and facility performance for production optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Analyze production data, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Design and implement artificial lift systems (sucker rod pumps, ESPs, and gas lift).
• Manage well workovers, interventions, and routine maintenance to ensure asset integrity.
• Collaborate with reservoir engineers to forecast production and optimize recovery strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in production operations.
