Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive records of procurement activities, including contracts, invoices and delivery notes.
• Track order progress and follow up on overdue deliveries, resolving issues promptly.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery documents, processing them for payment.
• Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and analysis of spending.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and site teams to understand material and service requirements.
• Support the procurement manager in identifying cost-saving opportunities and process improvements in Randburg.

Education

National Diploma in Supply Chain/ related field

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration
