Responsibilities

• Assist in processing purchase orders and requisitions.
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery dates, and resolve minor issues.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other data.
• Support the purchasing team in sourcing new suppliers and obtaining quotes.
• Monitor inventory levels and alert the team to potential stock shortages.
• Assist in preparing purchasing reports and performance analyses.
• Handle administrative tasks related to procurement, such as filing and data entry.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to departmental goals.
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
• Assist with reconciliation of invoices and delivery notes.
