Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing new suppliers and obtaining quotations for various goods and services.
• Process purchase requisitions and prepare purchase orders under supervision of senior staff.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of suppliers, product information, and pricing.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods to meet operational requirements.
• Support the team in managing inventory levels and conducting stocktakes.
• Help in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to purchase orders and deliveries.
• Conduct basic market research on product availability and pricing trends.
• Assist in preparing reports on purchasing activities and supplier performance.
• Liaise with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and provide updates.
