You will work closely with internal departments and external vendors, helping to track orders, prepare purchase orders, and maintain accurate procurement records.

Qualifications

• Some experience in administrative, purchasing, or sales support role.
• Basic understanding of procurement principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A relevant qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior buyers in sourcing and evaluating suppliers.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders based on approved requisitions and ensure accuracy.
• Track orders and deliveries, communicating delays or issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain procurement records and update supplier databases as needed.
