Job summary

MyCareerCraft is seeking a Procurement Administrator for a permanent role in Sandton. You will raise purchase orders, check GP on orders, and update SAP with delivery dates to keep procurement on track.

You will also handle back-order reports, quote requests, and credit-note reminders, while supporting accounts with GRNs and service orders. The role emphasizes accuracy and timely admin in a busy purchasing team.

• Experience in procurement and administration.
• Familiar with purchase orders and supplier communication.
• Attention to detail and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Check GP on all orders.
• Make purchase orders.
• Send all purchase orders.
• Give COD orders in for payment.
• Update SAP with delivery dates.
• GRN - give to accounts.
• Quote requests.
• Code creation.
• Send out back order reports every Friday.
• Update back-order report Monday & Tuesday.
• Capture all service orders.
• Make sure all reminders have credit notes.
• If needed help with small tasks.
