• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5-7 years of process engineering experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with rotating machinery, pumps, turbines and piping systems.
• Knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance techniques.
• Health, safety, and environmental regulations in industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, installation, and maintenance of process equipment, including pumps, turbines, and piping systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and performance assessments to ensure mechanical integrity and identify potential failures.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and process inefficiencies, implementing corrective actions and preventative maintenance strategies.
• Develop and manage maintenance schedules and budgets for mechanical equipment.
• Collaborate with operations and safety teams to ensure all mechanical activities comply with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Participate in process hazard analyses (PHAs) and implement recommendations for mechanical safety improvements.
