Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and at least six years in plant operations or maintenance, with strong knowledge of rotating/static equipment and CMMS. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years in plant operations or maintenance engineering.
• Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, static equipment, and material handling systems.
• Experience with maintenance planning software and CMMS.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis techniques (5 Whys, Fishbone).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the mechanical integrity and performance of plant equipment, ensuring operational continuity.
• Develop, implement, and manage preventative and predictive maintenance programs for critical mechanical assets.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for mechanical failures, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage small to medium capital projects related to mechanical upgrades, installations, and modifications.
• Provide technical expertise and support to operations and maintenance teams.
• Ensure all mechanical operations comply with safety regulations and environmental standards.
