• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in plant operations and mechanical maintenance.
• Experience with CMMS and large-scale industrial equipment.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical maintenance and repair operations for the plant.
• Develop predictive and preventive maintenance programs for equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and optimize uptime.
