• Minimum 5-7 years' experience in a chemical manufacturing or process plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, monitor, and improve manufacturing processes to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Monitor and analyse process performance and identify opportunities to improve yield, throughput, efficiency and product quality.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce costs, minimise waste and support operational excellence.
• Troubleshoot plant, process, product quality and process safety issues and implement corrective actions.
