Placements24 in Nelspruit is seeking a seasoned Senior Process Engineer to optimize chemical manufacturing operations, improve yield, efficiency, and uphold safety standards.

You will troubleshoot complex process issues, implement design improvements, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has a chemical engineering degree and at least 7 years' experience in process engineering.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex process issues, implementing design improvements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing chemical processes to identify opportunities for improvement in yield, efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Design, develop, and implement process modifications and new technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to process equipment and performance.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including P&IDs, SOPs, and batch records.

Requirements
