This role requires collaboration with operations, maintenance, and quality control to implement substantial efficiency gains. The ideal candidate holds a Chemical Engineering degree and at least four years of experience in process optimization, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in process engineering with a focus on optimization and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with process simulation software is a plus.
• Proven ability to identify and solve complex process problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of SPC is desirable.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga, South Africa.
