Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 4 years in process engineering or continuous improvement in manufacturing.
• Experience with lean tools and techniques such as 5S, Kaizen, VSM.
• Strong analytical ability and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication; ability to collaborate in hybrid settings.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Design, implement, and monitor lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen, VSM).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain process documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.

Requirements
