Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and other optimization techniques.

• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor process performance using statistical analysis and quality control tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in process engineering or continuous improvement roles.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus).
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) and statistical analysis software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
