Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in a production/manufacturing engineering role.
Proficiency in process analysis tools, SPC, and lean manufacturing techniques.
Experience with CAD software for layout design and process visualization.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

Analyze current production processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement using industrial engineering methods.
