Job summary

Network Finance in Gauteng is seeking a Process Engineer to analyse and optimise manufacturing and production processes, identify bottlenecks, and pursue continuous improvement to raise efficiency and throughput.

You will lead root cause analyses, drive cost reduction, develop process documentation and work instructions, collaborate with production, quality, maintenance and engineering teams, and monitor KPIs to sustain gains.

Qualifications

• BEng/BTech in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Metallurgical, or Process Engineering.
• 3–8 years of experience in a process engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of process optimisation methodologies.
• Experience in manufacturing, mining, processing, heavy industry, or related sectors.
