Qualifications

About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and analytical Industrial Engineer to focus on process improvement initiatives within their key facility in Rustenburg . This role is central to enhancing operational efficiency, reducing waste, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and productivity. You will be responsible for identifying bottlenecks, analyzing complex data, and implementing sustainable solutions that drive tangible business results. This position requires a strong presence on the factory floor, working closely with operational teams to understand challenges and implement improvements effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analyses of current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
• Design, develop, and implement improved workflows, layouts, and production systems.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles and tools to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
• Manage and execute projects focused on enhancing product quality and reducing operational expenses.

Requirements
