Qualifications

You will play a key part in analyzing production challenges, developing innovative solutions, and leading projects that enhance overall plant performance. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing product lines.
• Analyze production data to identify root causes of defects, inefficiencies, and safety concerns.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve workflow.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
• Collaborate with equipment suppliers and internal teams on the selection, installation, and commissioning of new machinery.
