Job summary

Network Finance seeks a seasoned process engineer to lead activities across mining, mineral processing, and heavy industrial projects. You will develop process designs, mass balances, PFDs and P&IDs, and run simulations to size equipment and optimise performance.

You will support feasibility studies, detailed design, commissioning and startup, driving plant efficiency, safety, and sustainability while guiding multidisciplinary teams and liaising with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years' experience in process engineering within mining, mineral processing, oil & gas, or heavy industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of process design, optimisation, and plant performance improvement.
• Experience with process simulation software and engineering design tools.
• Exposure to feasibility studies, detailed design, commissioning, and plant support activities.
• Strong understanding of process safety and risk management principles.
• Professional registration with ECSA or progress towards registration advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
