Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Process Engineer with a strong industrial engineering focus to join their client’s team in Pretoria. You will analyze manufacturing processes, implement improvements and ensure smooth operation of production activities.

The ideal candidate has a hands-on, analytical mindset, 2–5 years’ experience in manufacturing, knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, and proficiency with MS Office; experience with process simulation or CAD is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Process/Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, and areas for optimization.
• Develop and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques.
