You will work from lab scale to pilot and commercial production, ensuring scalable, safe, and economically viable processes with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in process development, R&D, or pilot plant operations.
• Proficiency in experimental design, data analysis, and process modeling.
• Experience with scale-up principles and challenges.
• Strong understanding of chemical reaction kinetics and thermodynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize new chemical processes for product manufacturing.
• Conduct lab-scale experiments and pilot plant trials to validate process designs.
• Analyze experimental data and generate comprehensive reports with recommendations.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and production teams to ensure seamless technology transfer.
