Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Butler, Concierge, or in a luxury hotel environment is essential.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Proficiency in using restaurant POS systems and Protel software.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and greeting guests using appropriate discretion and forms of address.
• Assist with guest check-in and check-out, including valet service.
• Offer unpacking and room orientation; explain services and facilities.
• Assist with itinerary planning or bookings for restaurants and activities.
• Provide personalised services with urgency and dedication to guests.
• Maintain detailed guest preferences and ensure privacy.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfil guest requests promptly.
• Assist with transfers and excursions as a private guided host when required.
• Participate in housekeeping tasks and be involved with turndown services.
• Have knowledge of all F&B offerings; provide in-room dining and wine knowledge.
• Support other departments and communicate opportunities to improve service.
• Process guest charges across platforms including Protel.
