This position requires someone who can deliver an exceptional dining experience in line with fine dining standards, ensuring that guests receive warm, professional, discreet yet efficient service while maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage presentation.

Qualifications

• 2 years of waitering experience in fine dining.
• Cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverages knowledge.
• Proficiency with POS systems (Easipos advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally following establishment standards.
• Provide courteous, professional service at all times.
• Understand service sequence and anticipate guest needs.
• Communicate dietary requirements and allergies to the kitchen.
• Know the menu and wine list to assist guests confidently.
• Upsell dishes and wines to enhance guest experience.
• Escalate complaints to Restaurant Manager when needed.
