Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent NQF7+ in Finance/Business/Accounting.
• FAIS recognised or FAIS aligned.
• Fit and Proper requirements met.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Private Banking clients through proactive engagement.
• Drive portfolio growth through retention, cross-selling, sales delivery and new client opportunities.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable banking, lending, wealth and digital solutions.
• Support credit applications, annual credit reviews and portfolio administration.
• Manage client queries, complaints, digital adoption, risk and compliance requirements.
