Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce, Advanced Diploma or equivalent NQF 7 or higher in Finance, Business Commerce, Accounting or related field.
• Qualification must be FAIS recognised or FAIS aligned.
• Incumbent must meet the Fit and Proper requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Private Banking clients through proactive engagement.
• Drive portfolio growth through retention, cross-selling and identifying client opportunities.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable banking, lending, wealth and digital solutions.
• Support quality credit applications, annual credit reviews and portfolio administration.
• Manage client queries, complaints, digital adoption, risk and compliance requirements.
