Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent NQF 7+ in Finance/Business.
• FAIS recognised or FAIS aligned qualifications.
• Fit and Proper requirements must be met.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Private Banking clients through proactive engagement.
• Drive portfolio growth through retention, cross-selling, and identifying new client opportunities.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable banking, lending, wealth and digital solutions.
• Support quality credit applications, annual credit reviews and portfolio administration.
• Manage client queries, complaints, digital adoption, risk and compliance requirements in line with bank standards.
