You will drive relationship growth, advise on banking, lending and wealth solutions, and ensure rigorous credit and risk processes are followed to support sustainable profitability.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years’ experience with affluent, private banking or relationship-managed clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Private Banking clients through proactive engagement.
• Drive portfolio growth through retention, cross-selling, sales delivery and identifying new client opportunities.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable banking, lending, wealth and digital solutions.
• Support quality credit applications, annual credit reviews and effective portfolio administration.
• Manage client queries, complaints, digital adoption, risk and compliance requirements in line with bank standards.
